V-BELT PULLEYS
A V-belt pulley transmits power from the crankshaft to the water pump, power-steering pump, alternator, or other components. One sheet of material is spin-formed into a V-belt pulley.

SPRINGS

These wave-shaped or dish-shaped springs are used with automatic transmissions and are highly resistant with the spring steel austempered and shot-peened.

These parts are used with continuously variable transmissions and deliver high precision thanks to the use of GROB rolling machines for processing the spline portion.

Ring-gear-integrated drive platesMOLITEC STEEL’s proprietary processing technologies have made it possible to form single steel plates into lightweight, highly rigid, and cost-competitive drive plates integrated with ring gears, while conventional drive plates are separated from ring gears.

OIL LEVEL GAUGES
Oil level gauges are used to check the level of oil for transmissions and engines and are comprised of pipe-shaped guides and wire-rod gauges.

Recycled PET oil level gauges
PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resins are highly recyclable, earth/environment-friendly materials. We have our own equipment for processing recycled PET materials to produce oil level gauge in combination with steel technologies. MOLITEC STEEL, utilizing its creativity and intrinsic technologies with those relating to steel at the core, aims to achieve harmony with the environment, and provides products that can contribute to society.

POWER SPRINGS
Power springs are used for a wide range of applications and may be built into cord reels or used in power windows and compressors. They come in various sizes up to 500 mm in outside diameter.

Multi-forming machines are used to automate the pressing processes from material charging to forming, enabling workpieces to be processed into complicated shapes.

COMBINE AUGERS
While traditional combines charge grain to bags, the type of combine in the photo feeds grain to a large grain tank and unloads the grain through the augers directly to a truck, remarkably streamlining the unloading operation.

A screw is comprised of a shaft welded to a spiral part formed through rolling. Screws are mainly used as parts built into transporting components.

Leaf springs, produced from HIGH-BENT steel strips or heat-treated spring steel strips, are highly wear-resistant and fatigue-resistant.
